Now that I’ve noticed a very large influx of persons from around the wired (or as non-Lain fans call it “The Interwebz”), I figured it would be a good time to lay down what you can expect from this site and its upcoming content, as to what exactly you’ll be getting to watch and when.
It’s a good thing to do I think because then I don’t feel necessarily bad if I miss a deadline for any reason other than laziness (because if I DO miss a deadline because of laziness I’ll end up beating myself over the head later), but also so I can get a general feel of what everyone’s expectations are of me, and the content I produce for you all. So let’s go down the list:

Glass Reflection Anime Reviews:
This is the biggest one that I want to make sure is on time, and as such is really going to be the only thing on my plate right now with a semi-coherent schedule and deadline. The actual release date of any video review I do is all dependent on what free time I have when juggling school, any semblance of a social life, and my family. Because I currently have classes set up so that I get a four day weekend (Fri-Mon), the current date for any new video reviews to be released is Monday Morning at 12AM (or Sunday night at midnight, whichever you prefer). And I should be able to keep that schedule, the only worries I have is when my weekends get occupied, which forces me to do review work during the week. On those weeks though, the reviews will either end up being for short series or movies, and the videos themselves will be somewhat shorter than usual.
—Current Plans—
The problem with a release schedule for GR is that a review getting released depends entirely on the schedule (or lack thereof) of what’s going up on DesuDesBrigade, but the hope is that every Monday from now until at least the week of Christmas, I plan to have one video review done. I may be late a day on occasion, but I don’t plan on shifting the schedule if that happens. (So the review following that will still be out the next Monday.) Also, the current tentative for the Review Week of Awesome is the week of December 12 – 15. Because of this, I can more or less guarantee that the review meant for the 19th will be delayed by a few days, if not completely moved until after Christmas. I just don’t have that much time. But there’s that.

First Reaction / New Season Blogs.
I’m going to be honest. As much as I loved putting together those FR videos, they really are an extreme amount of work for the little time I have. At this point I’m going to have to say that I won’t be making a First Reaction video anytime for this season, and maybe not for a good while because doing so would cut into the time I have to make GR as is. As for the blogs, I’m hoping to make them more regular by not doing so many at once. During the summer, I wasn’t even completely able to tackle around six shows, and that was during my vacation. So I’ve cut all the shows from last season that are continuing on and I’m only going to blog about the ones I watch. Even then I’m not going to do a blog for every episode, because sometimes I found there’s not much to blog about without spending the entire time just describing what happened in the episode itself, and to me, that’s just poor blogging since anyone can just watch the episode.
—Current Plans—
For what’s left of last season, I only was able to trudge myself through to the end of two shows, one of which (Usagi Drop) I blogged about already, and another (Croisée) which I have yet to actually collect my thoughts about. All other shows that I’ve been following (Memochou, Penguindrum, etc) I’ve dropped for now until I get the time to actually catch up with them, so don’t expect a blog about those any time soon. Though I may finish them for a GR Review to give myself an excuse to watch them. This season now however, I’m only going to be following 3 shows: Fate/Zero, Last Exile, and Shana III.

Letting Off Steam:
Legend of Dragoon: My first, and one that I’ve been avoiding for a long time because it really is hard to make random battle entertaining. It really is not the best kind of game to be commenting on while playing however, for the sake of completion, I plan to at least make it to the end of the first disc before New Year’s. But then I think I’m hanging it up.
Puzzle Agent 2: It’s coming along and I’m playing it when I get spare moments. This one will be finished.
Recettear: I finished the demo and could technically leave it there, but there have been several people adamant to get me to continue, so I may do so once I get the cash needed to buy the full version. No promises however.
Mass Effect: The response from this new one has been positive thus far, and since I’m going to be playing the game anyways, I figured I might as well continue this as well. No promises on if I will continue on and comment while playing Mass Effect 2.
The Great Canadian Vlog:
Comes out whenever I feel like it and is about whatever I feel like. Nuff said.

Quick Reflection:
This series is basically dead and I haven’t thought of an idea for one in a long time. Into the archive it goes.

Storytime with Arkada:
There have been so many people that want more of these that I can’t give myself a reason to shelve it, but at the same time, it’s hard to come up with ideas for it. I have a few that I plan to try out on a free weekend to see how it goes though. Here’s hoping
OVERALL EXPECTATIONS:
Generally expect one video review a week, and some piece of content for every other day of the week, be it a part of Letting Off Steam, a blog post, or what have you.
So I hope you all continue to enjoy what I produce, and if you don’t like something, well you can tell me, but I may not change anything because I like what I do and it’s my free time, so I’ll spend it doing what I enjoy doing.
Any general thoughts, questions, or comments can be posted below. Stay Frosty Everyone!
