When I first saw that you were LPing this, I thought it would just be another generic JRPG, but it’s been a lot more entertaining than I thought it would be. Your commentary as well makes things quite interesting, and I think this was better than just watching some random LPer play this on youtube.
While I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing this played some more, what I’m really looking forwards to is your LP of Puzzle Agent 2. As odd as Puzzle Agent was, the sequel turns the oddness up to eleven, and I can’t wait to see what you make of all of it.
As for Recettear though, I read up on it a bit, and apparently, as the game progresses further, you can do some really evil stuff later on with the prices of merchandise. For example, you can get a news report saying that the harvest went bad and everyone is short of food, and you can charge upwards of 200% for the base price of food, and people will still buy it because they don’t really have much of a choice, and I think that might be rather entertaining (in an evil sort of way).
Anyways, sorry if I went on for too long there, I look forwards to more content from you, and keep up the good work on the blog in the meantime!
