    D: all my stuff got in the Top 10 but not the Top 5. Seems like the RWoA is going to be a drama/character driven week this year. Why does YYH keep on almost making it?

    I’m rather looking forward to this review week. Kinda disappointed that Bamboo Blade & Midori Days ranked so low; REALLY sad that Samurai 7 came stone dead last, but overall, it looks like this’ll be fun. Been meaning to check out Darker Than Black, so I’ll be interested to hear what you have to say, Ark.

    One thing though, and I sincerely apologize if I offend anyone by saying this, but I am absolutely gutted that Steins Gate won the top rank. Seriously, what do you people see in that nonsensical mindfuck?! Okay, I’ve only seen the 1st episode in my anime club, but I should also point out that said club has never voted to watch it again because that beginning episode gave us such a horrible first impression. Anyway, personal opinion, but I’m really unhappy that Steins Gate got the #1 slot, but I’ll be looking forward to Ark’s review, if only to maybe learn why it is so bafflingly popular.

    I’m happy that Ef and Air are going to get done anyway at some point. It was actually because of your unliscened anime list that I gave it a shot. Oh, it looks like Ef is going to get a dub.

    I’m pretty happy with the list. Two of the anime I voted for made it in the top five. :) I’m a bit dissapointed that Shana didn’t make it though. I really hope that you get the time to review Shana because I’m not sure whether I should watch it or not.
    Anyways, good luck doing the Review Week of Awesome. Don’t rush yourself on it. I really don’t mind waiting, so take your time.

    You didint say if this be Darker than Black S1 or also S2? If you take S2 you kind of have to watch OVA couse you didint get a shit in season 2 otherwise. And season 2 is so different from S1 that someone (me) can say it sucks as sequel.

    I don’t understand how people can keep mispronouncing Mnemosyne!? Arkada is just one of several internet reviewers who don’t seem to be able to pronounce it, and mind you he is by far the closest to pronouncing it correctly compared to some others. I don’t understand being that this is on the internet and a quick check on Wikipedia about the goddess should give you it, plus there’s the term mnemonic device and the Bill Gibson story/shitty movie Johnny Mnemonic, plus the precedent that when two vowels or consonants are put together in a Latin context then usually the first letter is ignored, like with Oedipus or psych. Id est, Mnemosyne is pronounced with a silent m. Not trying to be mean, everybody screws up modern Latin pronunciations once in a while, just wanted to vent cause one guy seriously pronounced it Nee-mos-i-nin! WTF!
